Paula has trained directly with Shandor Remete since 1997. She also holds Irish Yoga Ass. and Intermediate Iyengar teaching certificates. She has taught yoga in Dublin and Carlow for over ten years.
Enrolments will take place 15 minutes before class the first week. Course fee is due in full on enrolment.
Please note: fees are non-returnable and non-transferable, unless circumstances are exceptional.Wear clothing that will not restrict movement and bare feet.
