One to One
Paula is concentrating more on teaching students on a one-to-one basis. This facitilates a more individual approach to what is being taught, and promotes a home practice, without which yoga will not bring the promised benefits.

After an introductory session (65eur dublin/45eur Kildare) students are asked to book in blocks of four sessions (240 Dublin/160eur Kildare). These can be scheduled at any intervals within a three month period, e.g. weekly, fortnightly, etc..
